C# Web Developer - New technologies - Near Chester - 3 months - £300/dayMy client, a leader in their field, are expanding on a mobile web application, utilising a number of new and exciting key technologies, and need another contractor to work on further features and benefits.
Working with a lot of C# web technologies, see below, the right web developer will be able to hit the ground running, be immediately available, and ideally have experience wish as much of the below as possible:
- C# experience is a must
- MVC - it is an MVC application
- JavaScript - ideally Knockout.JS, but experience in similar frameworks would be fine
- Signal R experience is ideal but not essential
- Neo4J - they use this as a Database - experience is not essential, but if you do it would be beneficial
- Some (only limited needed) Datawarehousing experience - not needing any SSRS/SSIS etc, just limited experience of this
- Other front end (HTML/CSS etc)
You will be working as part of a team, reporting into the lead contractor on this who has designed the systems himself from scratch. Working with the business and understanding the requirements from the end user (internal product for the company itself), making changes and new features for a May release in the UK.
This is initially a 3 month contract but will almost certainly extend on further than this. They are based near Chester with easy access to the motorway network (and it is always against the flow of traffic - i.e. everyone goes into Manchester in the morning, and out in the evening, you would be going the opposite to this).
It is paying £300/day, and does offer plenty of flexibility in regards to start times etc. Interviews are happening this week (Thursday/Friday) for a Monday start.
