.NET Software Developer £40,000-£50,000My client is a market leading business intelligence software provider.
You will be working on scaling and enhancing our data collection and analysis services as well as our internally facing portal used by our data analytics team. You will be updating software platforms using the latest technologies to ensure fast, accurate data is delivered to our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a software developer with strong skills in front and back end web development allied to a great knowledge of SQL and with a thirst to explore new technologies and see how they can be used to delight our clients.
You will be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:
- MVC
- C#
- SQL- including stored procedures, triggers and joining tables.
- Agile methodology (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge of Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap or Kendo UI
- Excellent communication skills
- A love of new technologies
- A pro-active, 'can do' approach
Experience of working with big data and high performance technologies such as NoSQL, Redis, memory-based data structures and Microsoft SQL Server
