Description
Essential to the role:Reporting in to the programme manager, you will be responsible for implementing IMS MAXIMS including pre/post go-live activities such as configuration, application awareness, business continuity, training, testing, clinical safety, change management and benefits realisation.
Tasks at a glance:
- Assisting the project manager with the implementation of IMS solutions; including time management and resource planning responsibilities and working with Trust and Customer IT representatives
- Working with the client to develop procedures, working practices and directives for the IMS Maxims solution
- Fully understanding the requirements of the client, and how IMS products can be configured to facilitate these needs
- Making recommendations with regard to software changes and enhancements based on client feedback
- Contribute to the development of the software product
- Keeping up to date with ongoing and future Healthcare regulations, working practices, products and technologies within the Private sector
- Creating and delivering training courses to customer sites
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience within the Healthcare industry implementing PAS and EPR systems, with knowledge of the NHS
- Excellent understanding of the key business workflows of the Healthcare sector
- Experience within an IT or software and implementation provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organisational levels
- Able to create and deliver executive level summary reports and presentations
