The Company:
My client is a major organisation within the Digital TV/Broadcast domain and due to their continued growth they have a new requirement for a Video Architect to join them on site in the Netherlands. The successful Architect will be working on the development of video services for Digital TV and Broadcast deployments across Europe; therefore a detailed understanding of Digital TV platforms is essential. The Video Architect will have a detailed understanding of Service Orientated Architecture and Web Services.
IPTV Architect Key Responsibilities:
*Define the IPTV/Video Systems Architecture for new services.
*Participate in the Design, Development and integration phases to ensure the delivered system adheres to the architecture and design.
*Validate there is alignment between the product requirements and the developed solutions.
IPTV Architect Key Skills:
*Previous experience in an systems engineering role (design or development)in a DTV/IPTV environment
*Service Oriented Architecture and ESB.
*XML, Web 2.0 and Web Services Technologies
*IP Networking; Unix/Linux
