Description

A top 5 global Pharmaceutical company are looking for a fast paced individual to join their ever growing technical center of excellence in Prague. The ideal candidate will be an IAM specialist with a minimum of 5+ years experience to work as a Support Engineer working on multiple cases within a fast paced customer support team.The ideal candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented. The job will involve creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers, as well as working with Level 1 and other support staff and other departments, including development & Architecture team.

In depth knowledge of Oracle products such as OAM, OAAM, OIM, OIF, OIA, SOA Suite is advantageous. Working experience with development in Java is also a plus.

Key responsibilities include...

*Assist with planning, design and build and support of IAM server environments & deploy and configure multiple IAM application modules.
*Participates on establishment and enforcing of good practices and quality standards in software/tool maintenance.
*Ensure that the solution is appropriate to stakeholder requirements (user requirements, technical environment, standards, strategy)
*Ensure proper installation and verification scripts
*Ability to understand and troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues and coordinate resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups.
*Execute daily maintenance tasks and proactive review of the production environment
*Ability to coordinate resolution of multiple support cases of various priority levels in a timely manner as well as adjust priorities of currently assigned tasks as new cases are escalated by Level 1 and other support staff.
*Debug existing incidents and problems & resolve issues that are occurring on customers' production sites.
*Identify risks that might impact the stability of the product and suggest solutions for future builds/service packs based on experience and cases that have been resolved.
*Ability to work as a team and coordinate between Level 3 support staff and Level 1 support staff on open cases.
*Quality control/testing fixes.
*Apply service packs/patches and perform application upgrades with close involvement with vendor as and when required.
*Any other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate must live within a commuting distance of Prague City center or must be willing to relocate.

A Bachelors degree in IT (or similar) or the equivalent experience is a must as well as fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Desirable skills include:
Third Party Security certifications like CISSP etc. Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team of Developers and testers on multiple platform/environments with a mix of contractors and consultants. German language would be advantageous.
