UX Consultant
I'm looking for an experienced UX Consultant to achieve an optimal user experience for virtual business financing environment, taking into account project requirements and customer and brand experience for the end customer. This is 36 hour week with a contract duration of 6 months.
Project description: Virtualizing the financing environment for business customers. It concerns both the environment of the customer and the environment of the employee. Topics include inter alia sales process for loans, loans and leasing products.
The UX Consultant will be responsible for:
- Present interaction design and align with business, business analysts and Front End developers
- Participate in agile implementation process which will include; Drafting interaction design, Making prototype, Monitoring user requirements during construction and developing and coordinating interim changes, Advise Product owner, Coordination with visual design
- Supporting customer survey
The UX Consultant will have the following experience:
- User Experience
- Usability
- Axure
- Agile
- Front End knowledge/understanding
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of financing and payment environment.
- Experience with Pega development environment. PEGA knowledge is an advantage
- Focus is on design for desktop, taking into account a responsive environment. Mobile effects are still limited to the order.
