Description
Strong Clarify technical and solution architect skills required to lead CRM scoping, design and development for the Amdocs CRM framework. Integrating Amdocs CRM with other Amdocs products and external applications. Part of a major upgrade and integration team.
Telecommunications domain knowledge particularly Service Assurance would be an advantage.
Expertise on functional and technical aspects of Amdocs Clarify CRM suite specifically including:
Amdocs Integration Framework
CRM API Toolkit
Web Service Framework
Process Manager etc
Extensive familiarity with both technical and business needs
Strong at problem solving, innovation and analytical skills
Extensive experience in upgrading process.
