My telco client is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their top projects as a leader or core member, promoting network consulting service, providing smart home service development recommendation or technical expertise support for customers, and make presentations to CMO/CTO/CIO level customers.The ideal candidate will be able to establish and maintain a strong connection with C-level customer, participate in C-level customer presentations/speeches through high-level forum, project workshop etc.
Required Skills and Experience
- More than 15 year's work experience in telecom industry, world class operators or incumbent vendors or well-known IT service providers;
- Worked or working for related telecom or smart home standard organization;
- The Candidate who has experience in smart home standard and integration solution is preferred.
a) The position holder should have in-depth foundation about smart home industry trend and be familiar with the technology evolution roadmap. Such as the trend of home network challenge for smart home, smart home business .
b) Understand and identify the critical requirements from the world's leading operators in the smart home aspect as well as competitive and innovation advantages from main rivals. Propose innovative and forward-looking smart home solutions, lead the team to accomplish both solution pre-research and service solution planning & architecture design.
c) Familiar with smart home industry standards; Familiar with situation and trends of network evolving and migration; rich proven customer communication and engagement skills and experience.
d) Understand on how to obtain customer requirement and understand smart home planning methodology and flows. Successful candidates should be an expert in network assessment/planning in WiFi, HomePlug, Ethernet .
e) Conducting Team building and talent development in a project. Designing and providing training to junior members to enable them to discover and capture new unexplored market opportunities.
