Description
Summary- Responsible for developing, planning and managing implementation of activities for complex projects and programs with broad scope, high impact and long implementation time frames.
- Lead both the technology conversion as well as the business change required, while ensuring that day-to-day technology operations keep functioning flawlessly during the transition.
- Consult with project sponsors, participants, stakeholders and customers to review project proposals including goals, time frames, and funding limitations.
- Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets. Responsible for managing the project teams.
Qualifications
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word
- PMP, Advanced skills in MS Project and PowerPoint
- Direct experience in Test Management in addition to PM, leadership, & IT fluency
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience running PeopleSoft and/or HRMS related projects is preferred.
- Experience/comfort with Business Process Outsourcing related applications and processes preferred.
- The best qualified candidate would be processed technology/implementation focused. They need to understand the technology/application aspects enough to be able to drive those pieces and ask the right questions, but also deliver a high quality presence with business leaders (and speak their language)
