SAP CRM Consultant - SAP - CRM - 6 months - Belgium - DUTCH/FRENCH speaking
Amoria Bond is looking for a SAP CRM Consultant to join the team of one of our key clients in Belgium to give assistance in the support and further expansion of the CRM area while working on the best way to drive higher levels of customer engagements.
Ideally you will be a senior SAP CRM consultant with strong communication skills in both Dutch and French.
Please note you should match below profile to be taken into consideration:
- 5+ years SAP CRM experience
- 2+ years experience with PO (JAVA Mapping)
- Experience with SAP Mobile Solutions is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a must
- Experience in integration with ECC and FICA is a big plus
- Demonstrated track record in Implementing CRM in at least two full -cycle projects
- Experience with CRM Web UI
- Strong experience with SAP CRM service management and More specifically with complaint management
- Middleware/Integration experience: experience and technical skills for the integration of SAP CRM with other systems and solutions
- Excellent knowledge of core CRM business processes in a B2B and B2C
- In possession of a valid Belgian working-visa
- Project duration: 2 years
- Contract: 6 months
