Voluntary Corporate Actions Specialist - Contract - London - £
A global consulting firm have requirements for Voluntary Corporate Actions Specialists. This contract will initially be for 6 months in duration and will be based on client site in London for a prestigious Financial Services firm. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for accurately and efficiently managing Voluntary Corporate Action and Income Events across multiple global markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for ensuring all Corporate Action workflow tasks and associated deadlines are met across all EMEA equity and debt instruments
- Provide final validation of all CA voluntary market instructions to ensure zero PnL impact to the firm.
- Effective breaks management to ensure that all KRI's track against pre-defined standards.
- Metrics production, analysis and reporting to ensure effective risk management across all facets of the Corporate Action life cycle.
- Chair weekly risk meetings to ensure that all KPI's & KRI's are met in accordance with pre-defined thresholds.
- Act as 1st escalation point in relation to any EMEA Voluntary Corporate Actions Deadline Processing issues
