Description
FRENCH SPEAKING Contract Service Desk Analyst ideally with experience of; Citrix, DMS - Document Management Systems, and/or RSA tokens, (you should have at least 2 of the 3 technologies mentioned), is required for a contract with an international law firm in Manchester. Initial contract period is 3 months with potential to extend.
YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH for this role!
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you will be working in a team to provide 1st line IT support to the business for a 7.5 hrs per day.
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you should meet the following Technical Requirements:
- Windows 7 -.Nice to have:MCDST certification or equivalent experience
- MS Office 2010 -.Nice to have: MOS certification or equivalent experience
- Active Directory
- Citrix
- Blackberry & BES - Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Supporting: Laptops, VPN, Desktops, remote working
- Working in an ITIL environment -.Nice to have: ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
Beneficial experience BUT NOT essential: Previous Legal/Law firm experience or other professional services, ie. Banking, Accountancy, Financial Services, Insurance, or large corporate.
