Quality Process Consultant (ISO 9001) - Contract - 12 months - Edinburgh.
My client, a leading Manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Quality Process Consultant for an initial 12 month contract. You will have ISO 9001 responsibilities - internal audit program, local QMS maintenance, audit findings/Quality Council, QMR, Customer Complaints, bid responses on ISO 9001, part of the SWS QMS creation team. You will be required to undertake process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Minimize risk of poor quality. (eg Master Black Belt and Black Belt). Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.
Essential Responsibilities:
Certified, or in process of certification, Lean Six Sigma (BB/MBB).
Lead improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance.
Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
Communicates across direct organization.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Improvement.
