Description
An SCCM/O365/Exchange Engineer sought by a leading global Technology Company to support, manage and lead customers through technical issues.
Within this role your responsibilities will include:
- Execute, manage and lead a set of FastTrack customers thru the On boarding technical and support process.
- Support and resolve customer deployment issues.
- Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships as a FT Agent of Client.
- Assist FastTrack customers and partners with configuration of on boarding tools and processes technology.
- Analyse, develop and communicate key On boarding process and technology improvement feedback for FastTrack On boarding and entire deployment cycle.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the service, and all required tools and products
- Interact daily with other FT Agents to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices.
- Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours and days.
- Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services/Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics
- Be recognized as a FastTrack On boarding Engineering leader and customer advocate.
- Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage technical communities, and provide feedback to the PEP Program Team to improve the PEP tools and processes.
Essential Skills and experience include:
- English (technically and verbally functional), Italian (technically and verbally functional - fluent and familiar with culture)
- SCCM/O365/Exchange
Desirable skills include:
- Skype for Business, EMS (Intune, Intune Hybrid, AADP, ARMS)
- 100 % remote
- Able to support EMEA Time zone
