Default capabilities needed:
Must have:-
- Object Oriented PHP 5.5

Ideally have:-
- Javascript/JQuery
- large scale project experience
- You must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of an understanding of software architecture and enterprise development requirements; in particular, around the nature of web tiers and service layers.
- Experience primarily developing stand alone or small scale web sites will be rejected.
- Someone who has worked on enterprise scale developments, who has some experience of leading a team of developers, is likely to secure an interview.
- Genuine software engineering skills, understanding of software architecture and able to lead the rest of the team.
- Must have a level of experience with big corporate solutions, resulting in a genuine and full understanding of how an enterprise system software architecture is developed.
- Building and understanding large scale developments.
Overview - Experience of working on at least one large scale (one year plus and 100 web page plus) enterprise solution from scratch, understanding of the need to separate business logic from the web presentation layer, understands reuse and experience of working in an agile environment with PHP/Doctrine/Zend.
