C&G Partners is seeking a highly-motivated experienced front-end web developer, seasoned in modern responsive design, for a full-time project-based opportunity. Fluency in cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues is a must, as well as having a keen sense of typography, color, and proportions. There are several notable projects we need help with and we provide an exciting cross-disciplinary environment in which to work and learn. Required experience:
- HTML5, CSS 2/3
- Sass or Less
- Responsive design using a front-end framework like Bootstrap
- Cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility
- Building pages from Photoshop or Illustrator design comps
- jQuery, JavaScript
- Web fonts, icon fonts
- Git
- Building for SEO and Accessibility
- NPM, Bower, RubyGems
- Grunt, Gulp, etc.
- Optimizing for load times and performance
Nice to haves:
- Django - Templating, PIP, etc.
- Front-end JavaScript frameworks or modular JavaScript
