Consultant Clinical Engagement Manager – 6m Contract – Frankfurt – Immediate StartOptimus Search Life Sciences are working with a Frankfurt based Healthcare Consultancy to locate a contract Engagement Manager for a period of 6 months. This role will incorporate Project Management, but will slant more towards working as a Clinical Research Associate.
The company require full-time on site work; this position will work very closely with teams of permanent staff so a high level of personal interaction is necessary. Ideally applicants will have a client facing background (CRO, Consultancy, Etc…), this would make the transition into the company far smoother than coming from the Client side.

Tasks
• Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements and proposal development and develops the related documentation.
• Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses assist in developing solutions.
• Assists in design and structures of presentations.
• Develops a basic knowledge of services and consulting methodologies.
• Work with senior permanent employees on client engagement services.
• As a business analyst, validates the client deliverables and directs the work of an offshore project team.
Requirements
• Hold a University Degree in a related field.
• Able to work on-site in London.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a hands-on consultancy experience/Clinical Project experience.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
