As an ETL developer/Solution Designer, you will work within an agile Scrum team with requirements analyst, lead solution designer, ETL developers, Cognos developers and testers, and your main areas of responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities
- Design and development of new components and integrations.
- Support to other developers
- Maintenance of existing components.
- Troubleshooting development and production problems.
- Monitoring of daily and weekly loads.
- Development and maintenance of ETL components (workflows, mappings, sessions etc.) in Informatica Power Center.
- Development, Unit- and Integration test.
- Documentation.
- Assist in solving production issues.
- On call duty during week-ends may occur.
Competence
- Several years of experience of Informatica PowerCenter
- Several years of experience of star schemas in relational databases
- Good analysis ability and skills
- Experience and knowledge of Agile methods is appreciated
- Experience and knowledge of Data Warehouse appliances is a plus
Tools Competence
- Informatica PowerCenter 9.6.1.
- Netezza, Aginity.
