For a longer term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman Speaking IT Project Manager - Wealth Management Application Delivery (3534)
The successful candidate will join the banks' Project Management pool and be responsible for a set of projects as part of a multi-year global platform merge initiative for all Wealth Management locations. In this role you will be managing IT projects with main focus on internal and external channels (like eBanking solution, mobile banking application, etc. ). You'll be addressing requirements of specific sets of business cases and programs coming from different stakeholders globally. These IT projects are covering multiple technologies, methodologies with in- and external staff and global partners.
Your qualifications:
* Managing all aspects of an IT project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
* Collaborate and align with the program managers and requirements provider
* Ensuring requirements are effectively analyzed, assigned and efficiently delivered
* Work with vendor or offshore development team for project delivery
* Identify and manage stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish communication channels and collaboration
* Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the project status
* Functional management of the project team in a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Ensuring compliance with principles and standards
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned applications and projects
* Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
About the role:
* End-to-end delivery of project objectives (scope, time, budget)
* Creation of Business Case development in collaboration with Program Managers, Account Managers, Business Stakeholder and SME's
* Ensure effective project scope- and change management
* Align business development, regulatory, innovation and technical strategies as well as requests
* Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables
* Ensure compliance to standards and regulations
