Continuing Health Care Nurse Assessor - Live assessments.Location -East Midlands
Daily Rate - Competitive
Start -ASAP
Length - 3 months
An NHS client is currently looking for a CHC Nurse Assessor to work on the live assessments in order for them to get on top of the current DST workload. Previous experience within CHC is essential to the role as they are looking for somebody to hit the ground running.

- Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
Key experience and qualifications
- Demonstration of professional development
- Knowledge of CHC Framework and application
- Use of the CHC Checklist
- Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
- Leading, supporting and motivating team members
