Sales Director - South west - £100,000 to £120,000 + Double OTEAre you a driven sales director on the lookout for a new position? If so then I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading customer experience software vendor.
For more than 30 years they have specialised in Networks, Software, optimisation and virtualisation. This south west based business are looking for a driven sales director who can effectively grow and manage a team, set out a clear sales strategy, coach and train existing staff and set out realistic sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 10+ years' experience in the communications/ Telecom industry.
- 5+ years' experience in solution architecture/sales engineering.
- Familiarity with the local market and the different players, relationships with Executives (VP, C Level) with in the leading operators (DT, Telefonica, A1, Nordics.)
What will you be doing:-
- Leverage the technical knowledge and work product (POC, architectures, and so on) across the division in order to accelerate sales campaigns
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions, orally and in writing, to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language that is in the vernacular of each group.
- People Management - Recruit, hire, on-board, train, coach, retain, lead, and motivate the solution Sales team.
