Due to the recent delivery of a new reporting Data Warehouse position will allow scope to take ownership of core ETL processes supporting the development in analysing these systems to produce reports and insight from the data warehouse. Utilising SSIS you will lead the development of the semantic layer of Data warehouse reporting tool; Business Objects.

Data Warehouse Reporting Lead Developer permanent profile required:
- Five years plus previous experience supporting Data Warehouse implementations, preferably within the financial services sector but this is not mandatory; ETL expertise is preferred over sector experience,
- Strong technical abilities in Data Warehouse development across SQL Server ,
- The ability to administer and design a Business Objects Semantic Layer and reports in Business Objects,
- Have designed and developed ETL work packages on at least one data warehouse project, and be able to demonstrate expertise around the Microsoft SQL Server technologies,
- Accomplished technical skills in designing SSIS packages,
- Strong in Data Warehouse concepts with the ability to design reporting star schema's, document and follow functional ETL specifications and challenge business logic where appropriate,
- The ability to mentor team members promoting and best practice ETL development technique,
-Delivery focused with the ability to prioritise activities,
- Good interpersonal skills. A good communicator, both written and verbal.
