Description

My Healthcare Client is currently seeking a Client Integration specialist to join a small team for 6 months in Central London.

Role Overview
  • Own and manage technical implementation of client installations
  • Assist service and support manager in implementation and upgrade of existing implementations
  • Ensure documentation is complete for all aspects of client installations
  • Work with Service and Support Manager to ensure major changes are efficiently and effectively planned for
  • BAU Support - provide handover support to users ensuring successful take up of the solution and the efficient resolution of issues.
  • Provide 3rd line point of escalation for client events


Essencial Skills
  • Healthcare application familiarity covering HL7 messaging and DICOM Standards
  • PACS Integration experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Strong planning & time management skills
  • Delivery focused


Candidate must have knowelge of the following;
  • Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows Server , Active Directory, Microsoft Office
  • VM Ware troubleshooting
  • SQL Server , familiar with SQL queries
  • Linux, Mac OS, VMWare, VOIP Telephony


Desirable skills:
  • Project Management Qualification
  • Technical Qualification (Microsoft / Cisco / VM Ware)
  • Experience working in a radiology environment
