Service Delivery Manager - ITIL / Process Improvement - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a global Financial Services company. The team is responsible for the delivery and operations of the Application Hosting Infrastructure, Middleware, Databases and Document Management. As a member of the team you will be the interface between partners and the service teams to promote service excellence.Your tasks:
- Analysing the existing administrative and service management processes to identify improvement potential
- Determining process gaps, defining improvement plans and coordinating the implementation of them
- Maintaining the CSI within Application Hosting Delivery by managing action plans
- Implementing and ensuring service standards and policies
- Evaluating service management best practices
Your experience/skills:
- Extensive experience in the area of process implementation and improvement, managing processes and developing standards
- Proficiency of service management, specifically of the ITIL framework (at least one ITIL V3 intermediate certifications)
- Experience of self-managing technical projects, risk management, analysis techniques and technical documentation specification
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
