Job Responsibilities:
- A team player, just as comfortable in the creative arena as you are when taking the lead on technical decisions
- Commercially astute with the ability to apply this across all projects
- Responsible for building new applications/sites from scratch from larger through to smaller standalone web applications, e-commerce functions, intranets and other digital requirements
- Be an ambassador of new technologies and techniques, waterfalling this learning to improve the teams knowledge and skills for the benefit of our clients
Qualifications:
- PHP 5, OOP
- HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- MySQL and other relational databases
- Exposure to open-source CMS, e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Magento
- Basic SEO experience
- Experience integrating online APIs, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Experience in email campaign development
- Experience with responsive technology
- Robust development methodologies and code control
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Back-end hosting solutions
