We are currently recruiting for one of our telecommunication clients, looking for a SIM Expert to join a project in Luxembourg.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

Experience with SIM development:
-
Development and test of a new SIM electrical profile (in the context of MVNO)
-
Setup and update of existing procedures in regard to SIM activities with potential MVNO
-
Enhancement of security exchanges with the SIM vendor
-
Possible Trial, POC of a subscription management platform (in the context of eSIM)
-
Experience with Network provisioning tasks:
-
Design of network provisioning for mobile network services (specification and Low Level Design of the provisioning mechanism between the provisioning system and the network elements); in the context of VoLTE-VoWLAN/IMS project: HLR, HSS, PCRF, TAS, ENUM

Implementation of the provisioning mechanism in collaboration with the IT Department; coordination tasks

End-to-end test of network provisioning (tests between CRM system and network elements)

Preferred experience with MDM:
-
Implementation of a Mobile Device Management platform; project coordination,

Test and rollout of a MDM platform.

Project coordination; project management experience
-
Language skills: Fluent English and German skills required
