Construction Financial Analyst
Description:
This person will review financial information to ensure it adheres to the contract terms and conditions.
Daily review of invoices (mathematical review and contractual terms and conditions review.
Reconciling invoicing issues.
Coordination with field teams and vendors.
Generation of reports regarding invoices (looking for trends).
Invoice processing, reviewing invoices and adhereing to contract terms and conditions.
Do research on their own and proBlem solve.
Be able to speak with vendors directly.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field
Min 3 years of relevant experience
Must have background in Construction Billing
Basic Accounting experience
Service Orientation
Written and Oral Communication skills
Time Management/Organizational Abilities
Effective communicator
Organized
Flexible
Onelink/Oracle experience a plus.
