Collections & Recoveries Systems Specialist (Debt Manager) - Glasgow - 6 months

Harvey Nash is currently recruiting for an experienced Collections & Recoveries Systems Specialist to be based in Glasgow for an initial 6 months. You would be working within a dynamic team on a major project to implement a new Collections and Recoveries platform for a reputable blue chip client.

Applicants should have a background in systems analysis and design and should demonstrate a solid understanding of financial services debt management and specifically Debt Manager Solutions. Exposure to V9 would be the most advantageous but older versions will be considered. In addition, applicants should demonstrate significant understanding of the process design and development associated with collections and recoveries. Applicants should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Any previous in Java or C# programming would be desirable, but is not an essential requirement.

To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable commercial experience of:
* Development within the Collections & Recoveries landscape ideally Debt Manager v9 (although Legacy DM would be considered), Tallyman or CACS
* Devising solutions to anticipated problems
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Breaking down business specifications and translating into efficient technical design
* Devising solutions to anticipated problems
* Adapting design to new requirements as necessary
