Description
For our customer we are looking an experienced Scrum Masters to work in customer project, particularly with onboarding work and leading team level activities in the program's onboarding train. The work is done mainly in Tallinn Estonia, but sometimes also in Helsinki Finland. Some remote work can be done if agreed with the project.
We expect the person to have solid experience on working as Scrum Master.
Needed competences and skills:
- Ability to support and coach the team to align to Scrum methodology and way of working
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Scrum methodology
- Advanced Jira user
- Knowledge and experience in SAFe methodology appreciated
