A key deliverable of this role is the ability to understand and model a third party or partner relationship in the delivery of some aspects of application development and maintenance services which would form a critical part of the managed service solution
You are able to work at a CXO level business and technically. Able to effectively evaluate the client's current ADM practice and propose options to meet the needs of the client and support the Company's overall strategy for ITO Managed Service Solution
Mandatory Qualifications:
° At Least 10 years + experience in Applications development
° At Least 6+ years experience in Data base design and analysis
° Consulting experience gained within a telecoms operator or vendor or an industry recognized consultancy practice
- Relevant experience in IT service provider (IBM, HP, Accenture, Dimension Data, ATOS, TechMahindra, TCS, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the following areas of ADM, operation, IT outsourcing services sales and delivery, ADM solution architecture, transition, maintenance, system optimization and performance improvement, with large and medium-sized outsourcing projects. Delivery experience, and or project development experience preferred
- Significant experience in delivery of responsibilities at a senior management level
- Evidence of relevant continued development in specialist area
- Strong communication skills, strong sense of service, Outstanding presentation skills with technical and non-technical audience
- Proven analytical, time-management, problem solving and consulting skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and overall comprehension of sales cycle
- Education Bachelor degree in information science or computer science or above
- English Fluent, 2nd and 3rd languages an advantage
- Able to undertake global travel requirements
