My client, a market leading organisation are looking for an Oracle Business Change Manager to join their current team on an initial 6 month contract.

Daily rate: up to £500
The ideal candidate will have the following key elements in their experience:
Change role in an Oracle enabled business transformation initiative (Oracle is Necessary)
Experience across multiple countries in Europe
Senior stakeholder engagement
Provide subject matter expertise on change management
Define the change impact assessment framework
Lead on training needs analysis
Develop Change Management approach and plan
