We are looking for a
Senior DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Concept development of digital signal processing (DSP) blocks for Smart Card products
  • Development of DSP algorithms (e.g. adaptive recursive filters) for Smart Card products
  • Specification, digital design and validation of sub-blocks for integrated circuits for Smart Card applications
  • Design digital blocks optimized for area, performance and power consumption
  • Interface with firmware engineers, system architects, RF engineers and local analogue design experts
  • Interface with RF engineers


Your qualifications
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of digital communication theory and signal processing is required
  • Feasible IC implementation proposals of DSP algorithms using MATLAB
  • Understanding of Analog signals and connection to signal processing
  • Knowledge of at least one RTL coding language (VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog)
  • Experience with algorithms using MATLAB, Python, etc. Experience with programming in C/C#/C++, etc.
  • Profound understanding of digital verification and AMS
  • Knowledge on Contactless Smart Cards and/or NFC
  • In-depth understanding of analogue blocks used for contactless communication systems
  • Profound analytical skills and a creative attitude
  • Open-minded to new ideas
  • Taking initiative to spot and implement improvements
  • Solid English skills (writing and conversation)
