The main - must have - skills for a technical expert are:
- 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience with MS SQL development suite
- who are more outgoing and can interact with business
- Development experience with SSIS and SSAS
- SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience with data migration projects will be added advantage
