My client a global consultancy firm based in China is looking for a Network Analytics consultant within their technology department. This is a permanent role and you could be based at the office in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore or Malaysia
Job Description:
Provide consulting service for network analytics related domain in telecom industry. Bring projects to success with our clients in various forms following analytics insight management and process operating model and methodology.
- Capture and prioritize requests
- Design solution architecture to fulfil the business objectives
- Extracts, collects and prepare data for statistical analysis
- Build analytical models and develop insights
- Defining the process and key performance indicators to enable continuous improvement
- Track the result and measure improvement
- Providing suggestions to IT planning of implementation
- Support the IT requirement analysis from business perspective
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting business experiences, deep industry knowledge and consulting services experiences
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, data mining and data management planning and implementation, experience in network analytics is a strong plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom industry
- Fluency in English and Mandarin ideally
- Bachelor's degree or above from top-tier universities
- Major in quantitative discipline, such as statistics, Math, econometrics, are an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Communication skills to be able to conduct the conversation with C-level
- Hands-on skills in analytics solution development and implementation of telecom industry, with capability to explain and present to both technical and business function people
- Deep understanding of operators demands during solution development and implementation
- Experienced in analysis of telecom network data, operation data, OSS data, BSS data
- Advanced statistical and modelling knowledge
- Programming knowledge in SAS, R, VBA, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
- Certified in analytics tools, such as SAS, SPSS, etc.
- Experienced in using English on daily work
- Experienced in managing service delivery or consulting projects
