WebLogic Administrator - Belgium
Languages: FRENCH or DUTCH with ENGLISH
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Oracle WebLogic Administration
- Experience and understanding of the Java EE philosophy (JEE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, ...) is a must
- Experience administering Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g as OSB or SOA would be considered a major asset
- Experiment with different methods of administration (control lines, WLST/Oracle Management Server) would also be considered an asset
- A thorough knowledge of infrastructure services based on UNIX (processing, monitoring, Shell Scripts, Perl, etc ...)
- Proven experience in the Java programming language
- Good communication skills
Description of work:
- Administration of a JEE Weblogic infrastructure and accommodation
- Configuration, operation, monitoring and incident management
- Tier 2 support (Ticketing - Atlassian Jira and ITIL)
- Documentation of procedures
- Management improvements and investments in a number of internal projects
- You will be in close communication with the architectural team p ost
In a team that specializes in the design and implementation of solutions around Weblogic, your role will be to:
- Installation and configuration of Oracle products offered (Weblogic Server Enterprise Edition and Oracle Forms and Reports)
- Configuring the Web tier of Enterprise Manager
Getting WebLogic architecture up highly available - With creating and configuring WebLogic cluster and test the high availability features, load sharing, and session replication
- Integration of WebLogic supervision on customer monitoring solution
- WebLogic Integration deployment on deployment solution chosen by the client
- Training and skills transfer
