Description
You will play a vital part in the day-to-day delivery of client and internal projects, moving towards our goal of becoming one of the world's top WordPress Development agencies.You will work with a small team of other developers to peer-review code, problem solve, and develop beautiful solutions within the boundaries of WordPress coding standards, project specification documents, mock-ups, and company development policy. You will deploy code in staging and live environments to match the needs of each project, using a git-based process.
70% of your time will be spent on project work and special internal projects, 10% on customer support of work you have done (supporting our front-line customer service team), and 20% on self-development, and improving our internal documentation and code library.
You will report directly to the owner/founder, and be responsible for the on-time delivery of your project work and a high success rate of peer-reviewed code.
As a fully remote company, you will have the freedom to choose your place of work and your hours, but you will be expected to deliver on targets estimated at 40 hours per week. You will be available for at least 25 hours during your timezone's Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. You will commit to a few fixed-time meetings each week, with those times to be negotiated.
