For a longer term project at our banking client in Chur, Switzerland, we are looking for an experiencedGerman Speaking Business Analyst for Software Development Center (3616)
In this exciting role, you will elicit, analyze, model and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities within application development projects in the Credit Risk Domain. The applications involved in these projects are used to process Mortgage, Corporate credit and Risk monitoring requests, to analyze client risk and to create/maintain credits, collaterals and real property data for the Private Banking area. The IT Development Center in Chur is a branch is where software applications are being developed for end users within the bank.
Your qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in application development projects
- Core Banking experience (ideally Mortgage, Corporate credit, Risk monitoring and recovery)
- Advanced knowledge of use case modeling
- Understanding of architecture diagrams (mostly UML component diagrams)
- Excellent stakeholder Management skills
- Strong ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Experience in process design and modeling would be a big asset (Oracle OBPM)
- SQL knowledge would be highly appreciated
- Experience in international projects (work with offshore)
- Knowledge in any of the following process standards / tools: Polarion, Balsamiq, Subversion, JIRA, Enterprise Architect, HP Quality Center, SQL
Job description:
- Identifie all the affected applications, processes and interfaces and perform a stakeholder analysis
- Ensure specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members
- Write clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications
- Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation and testing phase
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and validation of quality assurance, application architecture, testing and other project deliverables
