Description

Job description/Main responsibilities

  • Fix CRM application incidents in order to protect the revenue streams for clients affiliates.
  • CRM applications are: Clarify, Click Schedule, Capacity Requestor (custom built)
  • 60% of the Companies revenue flows through the applications mentioned.
  • Develop further automation of the CRM processes to support business needs (as well as CIO internal needs).
  • Deliver CRM related support to the following teams: CIO BSS Delivery, CIO Production Support teams, Affiliate IT teams and Affiliate functional teams.
  • Provide input to guard code and data quality in the form of pro-active data cleaning and code-review sessions
  • Analyze reported application or process incidents.
  • Design, develop, test & deliver solutions for reported incidents
  • Pre-Analyze incidents that are reported in areas supported by 3th party suppliers
  • Instruct and advise CIO application teams, affiliates and architecture on best practices and recommended solutions for the CRM applications.
  • Gather requirements from requester/users
  • Analyze requirements and provide assessment
  • Design, develop, test & deliver a solution

Job demands

  • Minimum 2 years working experience with Clarify analysis/development, mainly the Clear Logistics, Clear Support, and Clear Call Center Modules
  • Working knowledge of Clarify Server Processes (Rulemanager, Notifier, Tuxedo, etc)
  • High level understanding of the European telecommunication industry (different inter-connecting systems - billing/provisioning/etc which support the model)
  • Coding/development skills in Clarify, SQL, PL/SQL, Tuxedo, Unix
  • Ability to adapt to rapid organizational and systems changes as well as the capability to efficiently work under sometimes strenuous situations
  • Good analytical skills
  • Language skills: (Fluent in) English is essential.
