Excellent track record working as an Agile Scrum Master.
Technology modernisation projects.
Java -centric development environments.
Data-centric systems and domains
The candidate must have experience of:
Experience of running Agile Projects and Programmes in the capacity of a ScrumMaster
Experience of working on end-to-end projects
Experience of effective Concept planning and Backlog management
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience of providing creative resolution of client needs
Experience of ensuring adherence to Architectural Policies and Standards (Compliance).
