Siebel Support Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Siebel Support Consultant.

Work in a busy IT Front Office department, which is responsible for all Commercial Systems revolving around our CRM, Customer Service Contact Centre, Sales Force Automation, Field Service application & online Customer Portal.

Requirements:

- Support current sales operations which mainly uses the Siebel 8.1.1.4 application
- Siebel and Siebel tools configuration for support purposes
- Support SQL Server environment which is database platform for Siebel, including SSIS and SSRS support
- MS VB6 would be an advantage
- Support project to upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.4 to Siebel

Experience required:

- Must have 2-3 years Siebel support experience as a minimum
- Experience in VB coding essential for upgrade project
- SQL Server 2008 experience also preferable (ability to run queries as a minimum)
- Enthusiastic individual, willing to work as part of a small team
- Self-starter with ability to work in a support role with in-house customers
- Good analytical and verbal skills to be able to interact with users and 3rd parties.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet user expectations and deliver to deadlines
