Ruby on Rails - TDD - HTML - CSS - Javascript

This London based established tech firm have an immiediate requiremenment for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join their team.

Required:

  • An expert in Ruby on Rails (we're looking for someone that will hit the ground running)
  • Confident with TDD
  • A track record of developing scalable web applications
  • Experience deploying to real servers (i.e. not Heroku, but we do love Heroku)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience developing an API

Desirable:

  • Interest and/or experience in a DevOps culture (AWS/Chef)
  • Familiarity with background processors (Sidekiq)
  • Experience with AWS
  • Working within Agile development environments
