Proteus Europe is searching for a Functional Sharepoint Consultant for a 9 month+ contract role in Brussels, Belgium.Language requirements : FR/NL (one active, the other at least passive)
Our Client :-
Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success. This role is with the public sector, focusing on Energy/Utilities.
Your New role :-
- Analyze Sharepoint related implementation requests (changes, new features, ...) submitted by Business
- In case implementation is a standard SharePoint implementation: implement the solution together with other team members, including testing and documenting.
- In case implementation is NOT a standard SharePoint implementation : write functional/technical specifications for the SharePoint developers
- Train and support the site owners after a site deployment.
A period for knowledge transfer will be planned
Responsibilities :
- You join a dedicated team and are able to adapt to various functional and/or technical environments
- You participate in the analysis and integration of projects for our clients
- You implement the functional part of a SharePoint solution
- You write the functional requirements and/or the technical specifications
- You are the bridge between the customer and the technical development team
- Your knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies allow you to quickly implement complex solutions with high added value
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- You have studied computer sciences or related education (Graduate or Master)
- You are a strong communicator
- You are passionate about the technical challenges and have decided to specialize in Microsoft technologies
- You have a successful experience of 2 years with the SharePoint technology, experience in development is a plus.
- You are familiar with third party tools as Nintex, AvePoint DocAve, etc.
- Having 1 of the following certifications is a plus:
o Developing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Core Solutions 70-488
o Developing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Advanced Solutions 70-489
o Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server
o Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server .
