My client a global consultancy firm based in China is looking for a CEM Architect within their technology department. Base: Shenzhen, China. Duration: 3-6 months
Job Description:
Provide technology consulting service for SQM and CEM related solution under the background of operators transforming from network oriented to service/customer experience oriented of telecom industry. Bring projects to success with our clients in various forms from as-is analysis to design, implementation following transformation methodology.
- SQM/CEM related solution as-is assessment
- Analyzing the business requirements derived from operators' service operation transformation
- Designing target solution of SQM/CEM domain, including function architecture, application architecture and integration architecture
- Developing the requirements specification based on solution design
- Defining the user acceptance strategy and test plan
- Defining the readiness checklist before system go-live
- Providing consulting suggestions to SQM/CEM solution R&D
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQM/CEM system integration or R&D
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting with knowledge of SOA, Cloud
Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom industry
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Minimum of a Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
Good communication skills to understand the requirements or expectations of client from both business and technology perspective
Experienced in SOA
Deep understanding of operators demands during the transformation from network oriented to service/customer experience oriented
Hand-on delivery experience of SQM/CEM solution design of major players eg Ericsson, IBM etc.
Experienced in SQM/CEM system integration project delivery
Experienced in systems integration experience (planning, coding, programming, designing, testing) working in SQM/CEM projects of telecom industry
Experienced in using English on daily work
Experienced in managing SI delivery or technology consulting projects
