SmartCare CEM/SOC Consultant

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Position Title: SmartCare CEM/SOC Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 12 months initial
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SmartCare CEM/SOC solutions sales support.
- Customer Experience business consultancy - CEM/SOC business values and solution advantages.
- Customize and present CEM/SOC Solution according to customer requirements, expectation and KBOs.
- Customer relationship establishment, maintenance and enhancement.
- Market insights, service lead finding and customer requirements leading, with the capability to communication and convince C-level customers and senior managers.
- Responsible for solution design of SmartCare CEM/SOC service to guarantee the solution strengths.
- Support the design and implementation of CEM/SOC solution, including organization, personnel, CEM/SOC service, operation process, KPI/SLA in CEM/SOC solution O&M system by joint cooperation with customers.
- Sales and Business Development in Service Quality & Customer Experience Management Business, SOC Operations and Operation Transformation.
- Support Global Business with Consultative selling skill.
- Pursue Mega-deal of CEM/SOC solution/services.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Work experience: 10+ year sales/business development/marketing experience in the CT & IT industry with good experience in CEM/SOC solution and big data analytic.
- Knowledge of wireless network optimization, Core Network, BSS and OSS is preferred.
- Customer orientation with excellent understanding of operators business/technical reqs.
- Achievement orientation, energetic, strong influence skills, self-initiative, teamwork spirit, persistency, logical thinking ability, fast learning ability.
- Able to communicate and convince with operator C-level staff; good client network.
- In-depth understanding of eTOM business process, TAM and ITIL IT Service Management.
- In-depth understanding Operation Transformation Readiness assessment/CEM Maturity Assessment.
- Understanding data mining and Data Mart business model (preferred).
- Frequent business travel is mandatory.
- Excellent English skills for listening, speaking and writing.
