QA Specialist required for global financial company.
You will work in a cross-functional scrum team consisting of Business Analysts, Developers, and other Test Engineers and will be responsible for taking new functions thru all steps in our QA process focusing on automated testing in our in house built test automation framework but the role will also include some manual testing. You will review requirements as well as design specifications in the scrum team and with customers, plan, execute, and analyze tests, trouble shoot errors, and recommend corrective measures. We work in close cooperation with our customers and in your role you will support them in customer early testing and acceptance testing. The role is an exciting opportunity to develop your personal, technical, and leadership skills, while gaining an extensive knowledge of the exchange industry in general and the clearing domain in particular.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years working experience in a similar role. You should have an interest in both manual and automated testing and you have preferably been working with transaction intensive systems with high quality and reliability requirements. You have a relevant university degree and excellent Object Oriented programming skills. You also have excellent language skills in written and spoken English. To be a good match for this role you should have an agile mindset and enjoy working under constantly changing conditions. In addition you should possess a strong drive to achieve and be able to work efficiently both independently and in cooperation with others.
