Description
Roles/Responsibilities:
- SAP HCM French Payroll expert responsible for supporting all production issues and enhancements.
- Handling all issues and change requests raised via internal ticketing tool.
- Ensure the solutions are provided within agreed SLA
- Should be able to take additional countries as secondary support consultant.
- Analyze the SAP standard OSS notes being released as part of HRSP upgrades.
- Work with offshore team for knowledge transition and other related activities.
- Able to analyze issues end to end payroll processes covering all sub modules in SAP HCM.
Requirements:
- Should have 4-5 years of Implementation/support experience in overall SAP HCM process area
- Good understanding/experience in SAP HCM French Payroll business processes and its legal rules/regulations.
- Worked with multi country projects with leading clients.
- Good analytical skills with problem solving techniques for providing first time right solution.
- Should be fluent in French language for read, write and understand local tax laws and its design in SAP.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities.
Strong customer interaction skills with clear understanding of business processes
