Job description:
- You act as primary contact person for our (internal) customers for the document management domain
- You listen to our (internal) customer to define functional needs
- You formalize the functional needs in different documents (list of requirements, high-level application mapping, impact analysis, use case definition, )
- You translate the requirements in a solution in close collaboration with the software architect and subject matter experts
- You verify - with the (internal) customer - that the prop support the project leader during impact analysis, workload estimation and planning
- You support the development team during the construction phase
- You support the testing team during the execution of the acceptance/performance tests
- You support the hand-over to operations
- You actively identify possible risks and issues (with their impact & mitigation)
- You report to the project leader or asset manager
Competences:
- An experienced functional analyst
- Experience in the enterprise document management domain
- Experience in the following technologies:
- Optical & Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR&OCR)
- Web technology
- Multi Functional Printers (MFP)
- Enterprise search and indexation engines
- Metadata
- Linux, Unix, Windows
- Content addressable storage (CAS)
- Oracle databases
- Business process modelling (BPM)
- Workflow management
- Software and infrastructure architecture
- Object orientation
- SCRUM, agile,
- Software engineering methodologies (UML, Scrum)
- Languages: EN + FR and/or NL
