Purchase to Pay Consultant
----- Main tasks and responsibilities
Indirect Purchasing - Maintenance and Changes
Takes responsibility for the P2P domain, composed of a SAAS solution, and interfaced MM solution
Analyzes, tracks, and delivers the changes required by the business
Support the existing P2P solution deployed for RBU HQ (indirect purchasing)
Acts as L3 support in case of high level impact, coordinates the recovery
Monitors the L3 support (time resolution, number of incidents)
Participates in the client communication on the scope in charge
Respects costs, timescales and resources planned; Alerts where these deviate from agreed tolerances
Tracks activities against the plan and measures progress, reports delays and proposes new path to meet the timelines.
Indirect Purchasing - RBU implementations
Leads the Indirect Purchasing workshops for the RBU deployments
Contributes on the global design, and validates the detailed design produced by the third part integrators
Assists the test phases, monitors the incident from identification to resolution
Assists the change management, in coordination of the central purchasing business teams
Defines and follows the cutover plan on the stream
Indirect Purchasing - MZK implementations
Supports the roll out of the P2P Core European solution in plants on extended processes (consumables, investments, prototypes and indirect purchasing)
Participate to the detailed design phase
Supports the changes required by the scope extension
Tracks the developments, in coordination with the third part responsible of the SAAS application
Ensures the milestones are respected and are constantly agreed with timelines of other stakeholders (SAP integrator, Connex application developments)
Coordinates and Participates to the integration tests involving SAP-FBT teams, and connex application teams
Participates to the E2E training
----- Experience and qualifications required
P2P knowledge preferably with SAAS mode supplier
SAP R/3 MM configuration and customizing/8 years experience
SAP technical skills in IDOC, XI, ABAP, interface development.
Analysis skills
Experience of full project life cycle
Experience in consulting of international projects
Experience with Offshore development teams
Experience in Industry, ideally Automotive
International experience (Europe) in term of Project Management
Location is Paris with frequent travels
