My name is Stuart Saxon.
I'm the Contract Business Manager at Reed Technology in Guildford, and 9 years ago I worked on a building site carrying bricks and mixing cement. Through those 9 years I've been supported, developed, coached and trained through 6 different roles, to become an expert in Contract IT Recruitment managing a team that make over a MILLION pounds in revenue! I'm looking for people to join me (and my team) to become experts in technology recruitment and make over two million in revenue - and have a lot of fun along the way.
Reed Technology are part of Reed Specialist Recruitment you know, the Love Monday's guy who recruits people for NASA. We're the division that recruits Technical people - really good technical people - for clients that range from beer makers to luxury car brands to police forces and pretty much everything in between. I need people who can learn to do what we do, and I (and the rest of us) will support you all the way.
Very simply, you will develop relationships with people - candidates, clients and co-members. You too, will be trained and coached and developed so you can change the way people recruit. You will become an expert in IT Recruitment (not as boring as it sounds) and you'll earn a significant amount of money while you're doing it.
You'll also have the full support of an office with over 75 years of recruitment experience to draw upon. Lots of people stay here for a long time - you don't get that everywhere!
