General Description:

Our client has a contract need for a consultative and hands on IVR Professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide hands on and consultative effort on the following:

  • Next Gen IVR platform migration strategy and planning

  • Design application architecture framework

  • Design and code integration of IVR platform with call routing transport

  • Develop Platform Business case and Executive deck

  • Provide IT executive and business executive briefing on chosen platform and migration strategy

  • Determine required technical training from a reporting, testing, development and infrastructure operational standpoint to work on the next gen IVR platform

  • Mentor other staff member and evangelize next gen IVR platform across the organization

Application Development:

  • Perform Application Development of POC and production code for next gen platform

  • Execute unit testing and support system testing

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands on experience in IVR technology from an architecture and application viewpoint

  • Hands on or expert knowledge of IVR integration with call routing transport

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of Cisco UCCE solution

  • Hands on experience of Avaya MPS 1000, Avaya AAEP (IVR focus) and Cisco CVP/ICM

  • Experience working as lead of high volume speech enabled and dtmf IVR platform (inbound and outbound) migration project

  • Strong conceptual understanding of Contact Center call routing

  • Understanding of IVR interaction with CTI technologies

  • Experience with proprietary IVR IDE and VXML/CCXML 

Soft skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Individual contributor than can influence consensus for a large cross functional team

  • Able to present to team member from diverse experience and corporate level
